Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. If you require late check-out, please ask our staff in advance, and we’ll advise you depending on our occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability.
In any case if you need to leave late or arrive early, you’re always welcome to keep your luggage with us until your room is ready.

We have super-fast fibre broadband connected to a power backup, on which you can stream and download to your heart’s content.
Mobile network signal is good here for the main networks (Vodaphone, Airtel, Jio).

Being in a central location on Palolem’s main street, we dont have dedicated on site parking. Street parking may be available, and there’s paid parking in car parks on the main road. You can drop off your luggage at the entrance, or we’ll meet you where you park, and we’re happy to help carry it to your room.

Goa International Airport (GOI) Dabolim is about 1.5 hours drive to Kanvas Suites, and the new Mopa airport (GOX) in north Goa is 3 hours drive.
If you require airport pickup, please send us your flight details, and we’ll arrange an experienced driver to get you here safely (for extra charge).

We’re happy to help arrange a taxi, tuktuk car rental, motorbike or a scooter rental during your stay.

All our rooms have a big comfy king size bed and are suitable for 2-4 adults. For a n extra guest, we’ll add an extra single bed and the charge is 500rs a night.
For the younger kids we can provide a crib/cot free of charge (but please let us know in advance if you require one).

Our restaurant KANVAS Resto-bar is a 100 meters down the road, and we offer free delivery to your room from our delivery menu. All the rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea, and a fridge.
Our central location on the main road of Palolem ensures all the area’s dining hot spots are a stone’s throw away, so you can find a wide range of restaurants and cuisines just a short walk from us.

To confirm the booking and reserve the room, we ask for full payment in advance. We can accept UPI, card payments or bank transfers in different currencies. Please select your preferred payment method on your booking request form.

We are fully committed to our confirmed bookings, and build our calendar around them.
As a seasonal business with limited availability over the year, we are usually on high demand and will turn down other bookings for our confirmed reservations.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time: full refund (When the booking date is 14 days or more before the check in date)
Cancellation with more than 14 days until the arrival date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 14 days of arrival date: non refundable.

Power cuts in south Goa can happen from time to time, but usually not very often and not for long time.
We have battery backup, so your lights and fans will always stay connected.

Our rooms and reception area have steps leading to them, so some areas can be difficult to access for people with limited mobility. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us before your arrival and we’ll reserve you a room best suitable for your needs and limitations.
